Throughout my 20+ year career in healthcare, my favorite thing is to coach people through changes. Whether the change is personal or professional, I love guiding people through the process to make changes and achieve the life they want!
I have worked as a clinician, treating adolescents, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I was a director of outpatient services for a psychiatric hospital on the East Coast and owned a consulting practice working with struggling teens and their families on the West Coast.
I have 14 years of experience working in healthcare sales as a field representative, regional director and a Vice-president of Sales and Marketing..
Since becoming a certified professional coach in 2014, I have delivered thousands of coaching sessions across:
40 states
23 countries
6 continents
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England and am a certified professional coach through the World Coach Institute, I am the author of Broken in the Back Bay and Strangers on Newbury Street and Love Along the Esplanade
When I am not writing or coaching you can find me paddle boarding, doing yoga, or working out. I love spending time with family and friends, fur babies, cooking, and learning.
I have spent 20+ years coaching, consulting, and mentoring. I help people overcome their challenges and create the life they want. My passion is to help others realize their full potential, build self-confidence, and find purpose in life and business.
